If you are a Massachusetts organization you can use this form to submit your initial request for a grant. We will in some cases consider organizations in ME/NH/VT as well. We are not accepting unsolicted proposals from Philadelphia organizations at this time.

Before you begin your on-line application, please have handy your organization's EIN, 3-digit NTEE code, and (if available) URL for any Outcomes or Annual Report that is on-line. Please keep answers brief, and instead attach longer documents to this proposal.

You can submit your initial request at any time. Deadline for submissions is the last business day of March for Spring consideration and the last business day of September for Fall consideration. We look forward to hearing from you!
